Paul provides real-world operational experience for any infrastructure enterprise transaction or project management inquiry. He offers in-the-trenches executive experience from start-up to a publicly traded entity producing 400MUSD in operating revenue. Most notably has sat on both sides of the table as a President of an organization being acquired and the President of an organization performing due diligence on a target entity; with this experience, he offers a unique perspective that is essential in an M&A process. He has a strong analytical and financial background and can be a pivotal player in complex transactions. Paul earned a BS in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and is an alum of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania Advanced Management Program.
